Would maybe look at the cheaper SE if that’s the case. Also, depending on what you are trying to do it may or may not motivate because like most things the “fitness” features are not super accurate and it might actually be more annoying than fun. Apple watch is a great companion for runners or folks that do a lot of outdoor exercise if you get the cellular model but if you spend most of your time working out inside it’s debatable. Best bet is to try one out and see if it fits into your life style.

Use at as a tool to STAY motivated but I would recommend against getting one to get motivated.
